We primarily build homes St Joseph County IN , Berrien County MI, and Cass County MI.  We stay within 30 minutes of our office so we can ensure personal attention to each home constructed.

The time it takes to build a home depends on the size and complexity of the project. On average, it takes between 6 to 8 months to build a home from the date we break ground.

Yes, we provide a one-year total home warranty and a ten-year structural warranty on our homes.  We follow the Indiana Quality Assurance Standards from the Indiana Home Builders Association. 

A construction loan would be secured by the buyers at the beginning of the process.  Immediately after contract signing, the construction loan process can begin.  This loan is closed before construction starts and then the builder draws funds as needed through the building stages.  Rusk Builders Inc. can direct you to the best lenders in our area that provide this product.
